Here's a brief of how you can become a Gynaecologist :-

* For becoming a gynaecologist, you need to become a doctor first and for that you need to do MBBS

*Appear for Neet examination and qualify it

Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

As we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the cut-off marks was 601 for Guwahati Medical College, Guwahati under All India quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 640 out of 720 marks.

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

All the best!

According to the limited data available, the cut off for GMCH Chandigarh (UR category) is expected to be as follows:

General (Unreserved) category- 637-653

SC- 560

ST- 448

As you can see the cut off for reserved categories is usually less than what it is for the unreserved or general category. Even so, the cut off for UT quota for EWS can be expected to go more than 570 marks. You should still apply for the counselling.which will be conducted by GMCH itself.

Hi.

Out of total 150 seats, 115 are reserved for UT Pool, including seats for Sc and PwD Categories.

15% of Total seats (approx 22) are reserved for SC Candidates and 5% of Total seats (approx 8) are reserved for PwD Candidates.

Best of Luck

Based on previous years trends here is the expected cut off for GMCH sector 32 Chandigarh (UR category) for the UT quota:

UR- All Inida Rank (AIR) 360

UR (PH)- AIR 59048

SC- AIR 7675

ST- AIR 11084

Your chances of getting into GMCH chandigarh are slightly difficult. Any ways, you should still apply for the UT counselling there.
