For those who want to proceed to post graduate level, the college offers MD in Community Medicine, a degree that takes 3 years to complete and for which 3 students may be taken in a given year. These programmes are intended to offer a broad scope of medical education including concepts together with technical competence.

The MBBS programme is the premium programme of GMC Ratlam and it admits 180 students annually. Admission into the MBBS programme is on merit basis alone in NEET-UG. The course is of 5.5 years duration with one year compulsory internship.
