Eligibility Criteria
Qualifying examinations for the purpose of admission to the first year of undergraduate courses offered by the University of Delhi shall be Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the Central Board of Secondary Education or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto. The applicants seeking admission to the undergraduate courses offered by the University should have passed the qualifying examination obtaining minimum marks as specified for each of the courses in subsequent sections.

Selection is on the basis of marks secured in the Senior Secondary High School Examination. In accordance with established DU norms.

Hansraj college is more than just classrooms and buildings it is a dynamic space boys hostels and girls hostel are there so many societies like debating dramatic and dancing etc sports facilities like the gym badminton courts and woodball

College Infrastructure
Hansraj College boasts excellent infrastructure with well-maintained classrooms, a spacious library, and modern laboratories. The campus is equipped with high-speed WiFi, ensuring seamless access to academic resources. The auditorium and seminar halls are well-designed for events and lectures. Sports facilities, including the cricket ground, gym, and indoor sports complex, are among the best in DU. The hostel provides decent accommodation, though availability is limited. The canteen serves a variety of affordable food options. Overall, the college offers a great environment for both academics and extracurricular activities.

Hansraj College is more than just a college; it’s an experience.from the moment you step onto the campus , you feel the energy of one of Delhi University’s finest institutions.the lush green lawns ,the iconic red brick buildings and the buzzing student life make it a place you instantly fall in love with. studying at Hansraj feels effortless because classrooms are designed for comfort and learning .Air conditioned room smart boards and charging point .library is well stocked the labs are well equipped and the faculty is supportive.three or four multipurpose hall is also there college area is always clean For athletes Hansraj college is a dream come true when it’s come to sports.the college boasts a massive sports fields an indoor badminton court a basketball court and even an electronic shooting range something rare in Du! Sports like football archery and basketball actively played here making it a great place for sports enthusiastic to hone their skills. Food is another highlight of Hansraj life .the canteen is not jus a place to grab a meal it is a hub of students interactions whether you are grabbing a quick bite at LP enjoying refreshments drink at Amul cafe coffee and food at mitti cafe What truly sets Hansraj college apart is it’s vibrant student life with over 70societies catering to diverse interest ,there something for everyone some of the most popular societies include NSS ( National Service Scheme) CRY ( Child Right and you) COMSOC ( commerce society) for business enthusiasts these societies not only provide learning experiences beyond classroom but also create friendships and unforgettable moments College also insures a smooth student experience with essential facilities like banking ,ATM and a dedicated placement Cell that actually helps students land jobs in top companies .
