Thus, the two major programs that the Institute will run are B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. programmes, with each of them having 100 seats as their intake capacity.

Himalayan Institute of Education's D.E.Ed Admission Process

Himalayan Institute of Education offers a D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) programme. The D.El.Ed. prepares candidates to teach in elementary schools. Admissions are on a merit basis, depending on the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination performance as per the procedures set by the concerned authorities. Intake capacity: 100 seats.
