Government Degree College, Billawar, is an affiliated college of the University of Jammu offering various undergraduate courses. B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce): The B.Com program caters to students intending to pursue a career in commerce and business. Admission to this three-year degree program is open for students who qualify with a 10+2 in any stream, although preference may be given to those from a commerce background. Selection is largely dependent on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications): This BCA program is a professional degree course offered by the college. This is a three-year program in which admission may include an entrance test alongside consideration of the candidate's scores in the 10+2 examination. Generally, students having cleared the higher secondary with mathematics subject are eligible to apply to the BCA program.
