The provision whether to change your college or not can only be asked from the college authorities.
Most of the transfers take place within the branch of the same college. The inter college transfer can't be said with surety.
If you want to transfer you need to take TC from the previous college and enrol in the other college.

The campus radiates heritage charm with a modern pulse. The library is a real gem, stocked with core textbooks and even leisure reads and group-study corners. The sports complex is well-maintained, and the canteen is a favourite hangout, offering everything at pocket-friendly prices.

College Infrastructure
Yes, our colleges have necessary basic infrastructure which is required. Our colleges have labs and classrooms and ICT center, all these things, proper infrastructure is there. Moreover, buildings are also good, space is also good, ground is also there, everything is so good. So yeah, I believe that proper infrastructure is there and little bit if necessary they can develop for advanced, but basic is there.

My college lacks essential infrastructure and facilities. Classrooms and laboratories are outdated, with minimal use of technology like smart boards and limited access to WiFi. The library is poorly stocked. Sports facilities are subpar, and hostels are often unclean.
