IC does stand for Ideal college of computer sciences college of engineering & management is affiliated college of Thrissur was established in the year 2010 at Muppliyam Village, Thrissur District, Kerala. Established in the year 2007, the institute was approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and provides engineering courses on more than 12 acres of campus. Being a small institution, ICCS College boasts of a total student enrolment of 95 students and a qualified faculty of 72 faculty members. The five B.Tech programmes and five diploma programmes offered are Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology & Nutrition and Data Science and Computing to fulfill the various interests in the area of engineering .
To meet the needs of students, the college provides almost an extensive list of amenities for classroom and character building. They include over 6,000 books, reputed subject-specialist and multidisciplinary national and international journals, using barcode technology and a modern computerised management system. For the accommodation of students, institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. The campus has elaborate laboratory facilities for each department to facilitate practical training to the students. The students engage in indoor games and many activities during the annual sports days; the college offers shuttle badminton and volleyball teams. The IT facilities serve the present learning requirements along with hygienically serving vegetarian foods in the cafeteria. To the commuters, the college provides buses for eight major routes in the district with policies that include; the use of safe and efficient drivers with speed governors.

Degree-wise Admission Process
B.Tech: ICCS College has five B.Tech courses: Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Food Technology, and Data Science. The KEAM score is the basis for the admittance of students into such programs.
Diploma: Each of the five Diploma programmes offered by the college is open to a maximum of 60 students: Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Food Processing Technologies, and Mechanical Engineering. While the above Diploma admission procedure could be the same with B. Tech admission, it may also follow a different criterion by which students may be admitted.
