The institute follows Bar Council of India standard that has approved the institute. With a faculty strength of 12 members, ICFAI Law School offers three degree programs: thats LLB, BA LLB (Hons), and BBA LLB (Hons). The physical infrastructure and total course offered by the institute clearly reflect its concern towards the legal profession for creating competent professional out of its students.
ICFAI Law School, Jaipur, is equipped with modern amenities planned to bring a difference in the educational zone of the campus. The library being an important constituent of the education system of law has a stock of books more than 18000 along with numerous journals where the students can collect a lot of information and books for their respective study. Among the facilities of the institute, there is a moot court where such skills as trial conducting are trained by holding actual cases. The campus is well equipped with all modern hardware technology like 4 NO internet computing laboratories and Internet and WI-FI facility all over the campus to support students’ needs of technological aids for their learning process.
ICFAI Law School, Jaipur currently has three full time courses in its catalog all of which are undergraduate courses. These include the three-year LLB program and two five-year integrated programs: Integrated five year courses offer are BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons). All these programs currently has an approved New Intake capacity of 60 students for all the courses applicable disseminating a total of 180 seats. This focus of the institute in offering a full legal education is evident in flexibility of its courses in that it is based on the provision of both knowledge and skills.

For the admission to its LLB program, the candidate has to clear the three-year graduation with specific percentage standards.
