Good afternoon dear.
As per the information given regarding the categories and reservation of seats there is no category for EBC or OBC. The only categories mentioned are open state Maharashtra category, ST and SC.
I hope I have answered your question in case you have any more questions please drop a comment below.
And best of luck for your future endeavours.

Hello
As per your score you don't have chances of getting a college under general category and as far as 12th marks are concerned don't worry you only need 45%.
Don't loose you have other options as well like you can take drop a prepare for CLAT and AILET and if you don't want to drop than there are still Universities let ke BHARTI VIDHYAPEETH PEETH or LPU whose CET exams are yet to be conducted you can apply for that you wish to.

Best of luck

Hi
Your chances of getting ILS at 68 marks is very less
Previous year the cutoff for gen cat. was 143 - 111 marks
Sc cat. 109-75 marks
St cat. 103 - 73 marks

So you have very rare chance of getting this college.

Hii janvi,

Usually a score above 110 guarantees a seat, and a score between 100–110 has a high probability of getting in. All of this, of course, is subject to the respective year’s average scores. I’ll suggest you to wait at least till the third list.

You have a chance of getting seat..

Hello Suyash,

Since you have scored 71 marks in your MH CET paper, the chances of your getting a good college lessens to an extent.
The marks that you scored, unfortunately falls behind what
marks are needed to get into ILS Mumbai Even if you are
in Close candidate (from Maharashtra), it would be a little
harder to get an admission in Indian Law Society Law College
Mumbai because
In general category the opening cutoff is around 143
The closing cutoff of general category is around 111. But since you belong to OBC category, your chances get more increased.
With 79 marks you might be able to take admissions in ILS but the chances are extremely low.
, however there are few colleges that will give you
admission like.
  • Manikchand Pahade Law College Mumbai
  • St. Wilfreds College of Law Mumbai
Hope you find the above information helpful, in case of any
queries please feel free to comment below.
All the best...

Hello Anurag,

Unfortunately, ILS Pune usually has a higher cutoff, even for Maharashtra state students. According to previous cutoff trends, ILS Pune usually accepts students with a score of 100+ marks in MH CET exam. You can apply to other colleges with your score, though.

Hello,

ILS pune cutoff for general category for 2018 was 125 marks, it is not easy to predict 103 marks can get ILS pune this time.

Hope for best.

Thank you.

Hello Arpita,

According to the last year's cutoff trends, the estimated opening marks for this year in ILS college will be around 143 and the closing marks will be around 111 so you won't be able to get admission in ILS. You can get admission in Manikchand Pahade college as the closing marks for this year is expected to be around 56 for general category. Good Luck!

Hello Chandhok,

First of all, congratulations for scoring 1o9 marks that is good enough and a rank of 752 in General category. This marks of yours in your hands will give you fair enough opportunity to get into the best colleges under MH CET.
109 marks in MH CET will give you a chance to enter some of the best colleges in Maharashtra for Law.
However when we talk about Government Law College, Mumbai, your chances of getting into this college appears to be quite unlikely because in general category, this college offers a cutoff range of 144-127 marks which makes it hard to reach with your marks.
Now when we consider ILS, you have a better chance to enter this college when the cutoff falls through.
But considering your marks, you have chance to take admission into some of the other top colleges under MH CET like -

  • Gopaldas Jhamatmal Advani Law College, Mumbai
  • Kishinchand Chellaram Law College, Mumbai
  • Dr. Ambedkar College of Law, Mumbai
  • Rizvi Law College, Mumbai
  • Shankarrao Chavan Law College Pune
  • St. Wilfreds College of Law Mumbai
  • Shri Shivaji Maratha Law College Pune

The above mentioned colleges are among the top most, so you have an opportunity to explore these options, however I suppose you must be giving clat, your marks make me feel you have bright future, so study well to get an NLU which would be far better than any of these.
Hope you find the above information helpful, however in case of any further queries please feel free to comment below.

Amazing

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is good. There is a freee wifi in all the area including canteen. The classrooms are good but there is no air conditioning facility. In moot court hall, there is AC, and also in the library. In this law college there is big air conditioned library with a huge collection of books which is open for 8am to 5pm.

It has been one of the most enriching experience.
