109 marks in MH CET will give you a chance to enter some of the best colleges in Maharashtra for Law.
However when we talk about Government Law College, Mumbai, your chances of getting into this college appears to be quite unlikely because in general category, this college offers a cutoff range of 144-127 marks which makes it hard to reach with your marks.
Now when we consider ILS, you have a better chance to enter this college when the cutoff falls through.
But considering your marks, you have chance to take admission into some of the other top colleges under MH CET like -

chance of you getting ILS and GLC are very less but you can try for RiZvi college, Mumbai.
Chances of you getting into a college under MHCET is bit tough because the cut off goes really high. But if you come under open Maharashtra category or SC/ST or OBC category than you have pretty good chances of getting into one of the colleges under MHCET .

Since you belong to General Category, the expected range for ILS pune is opening - 143 and closing - 111. As you are still close, donot lose hope and wait for the cut off to get declared.

Your Score is really good and you might have good possibilities of getting selected in top notch colleges of Maharashtra, as far as ILS is considered the cut off goes really high because its the second best college after GLC Mumbai and especially for Non-Maharashtrians and for non-reserved categories. You can wait for the second list, might have a chance to get into ILS. Apart from this, you can explore other colleges like Pravin Gandhi, DY Patil, Rizvi college of Mumbai they are really good institutions.

You have to qualify MH CET LAW, to get an admission in ILS Pune, admission to LLM are di=one on the basis of merit of qualifying examination, and those are seeking admission to BA LLB degree program should have passed 10+2 or equivalent by scoring minimum 45% marks.

Acoording to previous years cutoff for MHT CET law for Indiam law society law college (ILS) is from 110 to 145 .So in order to get ILS law college you need to get minimum of 110 marks and the cutoff for government law college is from 130 to 145. There are also many colleges you can get to know their cutoffs provided in this link below

College Infrastructure
The college campus is large enough with cleanliness. We have all the resources and infrastructure inside the college. Our classrooms are decent, library is with resources and updated labs. We have canteen as well.

ILS Law College, Pune, is one of India's premier law schools, known for its rich heritage and academic excellence. Established in 1924, it offers undergraduate (LL.B.) and postgraduate (LL.M.) programs. The college is known for its experienced faculty, extensive library, and strong focus on legal research. Students benefit from various extracurricular activities, including moot courts, debates, and internships, which enhance their practical legal skills. The campus has a diverse student body and an active placement cell. However, some students feel that infrastructure and administrative processes could be improved.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is good. There is a freee wifi in all the area including canteen. The classrooms are good but there is no air conditioning facility. In moot court hall, there is AC, and also in the library. In this law college there is big air conditioned library with a huge collection of books which is open for 8am to 5pm.
