Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is really diificult to get admitted to any of the medical colleges as the cutoffs for medical colleges are too high,I would rather suggest you to prepare well and give NEET once again next year.

So you have less chances of getting these two colleges. Though you can opt for semi government colleges you have chances of getting a medical seat.
