ISME School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Mumbai (ISME Mumbai) is a standalone institute. The institute offers a range of management and entrepreneurship courses, focusing on quality education in a modern, industry-relevant environment. ISME Mumbai's admission process is designed to select candidates with strong analytical and management abilities.

Generally, the admission cycle of ISME Mumbai starts from the months of May-June for the program beginning in August-September. It takes applicants through different entrance exams conducted nationally based on programs offered. In respect of the flagship programs offered at the institute-PGDM and PGDM Business Analytics-an aspirant would be required to have taken at least one of the entrance tests GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA or any state CET as permitted by AICTE.

Eligibility criteria for ISME Mumbai's programs are different for every course. In most postgraduate programs, a candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Specific academic requirements may differ for each program, but usually, a minimum of 50-55% marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying examination is required.

Application Process

The application process for ISME Mumbai is program-wise but generally includes the following:

1. Choose your program: PGDM, PGDM Business Analytics, or other special courses.

2. Take any of the entrance exams accepted by the institute, such as GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, and state-level CETs.

3. Apply to the desired program through the online application form available on the ISME Mumbai official website.

4. Paying the application fee as required by the website.

5. Uploading all the documents: namely, passport size photograph, academic mark sheets of (10th, 12th and graduation), entrance exam score card, work experience certificate (if applicable) and any other certificates or documents as might be specified in the application guidelines.

6. Submission of the completed online application form.

7. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed further. It can be any one of the following:

•  Test for written ability
•  Group discussion
•  Personal interview

8. All this while taking into consideration entrance examination scores, academic record, work experience  and the performances in the selection process at the institute's end.

9. Selected candidates will receive offer letters. Admissions formalities, such as payment of fee, must be completed within a specified period after receiving the letter.

10. Original documents be submitted for verification at the time of admission.

Degree-wise Admission Process:

PGDM: Post Graduate Diploma in Management is one of the flagship programs of ISME Mumbai with an approved intake of 60 seats. It admits students who have performed well in entrance tests like GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and ATMA. The program helps students prepare to take up challenging leadership roles in the dynamic business environment.

PGDM Business Analytics: The intake approved for this special PGDM programme is also 60 seats. Admission for candidates into the PGDM programmes happens based on appearing for one of the specified entrance tests. The course deals with expertise development in data-driven decision-making and analytics in business settings.

Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship: ISME Mumbai offers this diploma program for the budding entrepreneurs and business managers.  it would follow a procedure more or less the same as the other programs in the institute

Diploma in Business and Liberal Arts: This is an integrated program where the business education is given with liberal arts. The admission processes are in tandem with the institute's general admission policies.

Diploma in Business Media and Advertising: This special diploma is meant for students who have an interest in the media and advertising fields. likely to pursue the standard institute procedures.

P.G.P Management Business and Entrepreneurship: The post graduate course is all about developing the skills of management and entrepreneurship. It include examination of entrance test scores and might even have a face-to-face interview process.

PGP Digital Marketing and Advertising: This program is specific to the digital marketing industry. It may look at relevant entrance exam scores and possibly work experience in the field.
