JVG College of Education Roigarh Chhattisgar was established in the year 2017 is an emerging college that is committed to carving the future. This college for both boys and girls is sited at a compact area of 0.65 acres at village kotrapali, PO jurda tehsil & District Raigarh of chattisgarh state. Like other affiliated colleges, Dakshin Bharat Grameena Vidyapeeth Mangalore is recognised under National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), so that college has on its pursuit of maintaining proper standard of teacher education as followed nationwide. The institute is running two programmes, B.Ed and D.El.Ed, admitted strength is 353 and faculties are 16 so its good strength of teacher-student ratio.
JVG College of Education has a host of amenities that are intended to facilitate the learning process of the college students. Therefore, it acts as a relevant core of knowledge for any candidate who wants to become an educator. An auditorium supports different events and seminars creating an intensive academic life. The cafeteria provides facility to students and staff to eat and rest for a while. JVG College of Education has two full-time programmes and both take two years of full time education. The existing seats that are approved for the B.Ed programme are one hundred and the thirty seats are the total number of seats approved for the D.El.Ed programme , making it two hundred seats every academic session. Such programmes are meant to prepare the students with needed knowledge and required skills to practice as educators of the elementary or secondary education level. These core education programmes offered in the college show the college’s commitment in producing qualified and competent educators.

JVG College of Education offers a full-time D.E.I.Ed. programme. Admission purely on merit, considering performance in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, as per norms of the state government or UT administration.
