Admissions to D.El.Ed. are also through merit considering the marks scored in the qualifying examination (usually 10+2) and/or performance in the entrance test. The selection follows the state's policy in conjunction with the UT Administration. The program is open to candidates who have successfully completed their 10+2 or equivalent examinations.
