Hello aspirant,
The KC Law college has admissions for B.A LLB but there the admission is on the basis of merits . in all the courses there is just 33% reservations of seats that is these seats are reserved for students of different categories but than too with your aggregate percentage and also availing your reservation category I would say it will be very very difficult to have admission in it.
You can apply for it and there is a very thin chance that you may get admission so rest is on you, please think well before taking admission and I will say try to improve your overall aggregate of class 12th as it will be a big block in your career.
I hope It helps you to take a better decision
