In 2019 the cut off rank for Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore for 3A category was 36280 and it terms or marks it will be around 520 marks.You need to score minimum 540-580 marks in NEET UG 2020 to have decent chances of getting seat in KIMS, Bangalore in MBBS. Cut off changes depending on number of candidates applied, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc.
In 2019, under State Quota, 447 marks secured a seat under OBC Category. That was the cut off. And specifically about OBC-3A an All India Rank of 38207 secured a seat in KIMS under Government Quota. In neet 2019 , 585 marks was the lowest marks required for general category for getting a seat in Karnataka under all India quota and it was for C. Institute of Medical Sciences, Chamarajanagar and few others
But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should try to get at least around 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination

KIMS ( Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences) Bangalore, is amongst the top medical colleges of India. So, it is tough to get into that college.
The cutoff is maximum for general category students. So, you may need to score atleast 600+ to get admission in this institute.
