Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

Tamilnadu Candidates

The candidates must have passed the 12th standard (intermediate) or its equivalent examination from the Government recognized board with the subjects as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with the percentage as 45% (for general candidates), 40% (for backward class including Muslim), 40% (MBC & DNC) and 40% (for SC/ST/SCA) candidates.

Other State Candidates

As the candidates from other states are considered under General Category, a Pass with minimum average marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together as 45% (General Category)

NRI (Non-Resident Indian Category)

The candidate should have passed in all the subjects and scored a minimum average of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together as in General Category

FN (Foreign National Category)

The candidate should have passed in all the subjects and scored a minimum average of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together

Eligibility Criteria for Lateral Entry (Direct Second Year) B. E. / B. Tech Programmes

Passed Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in any branch of Engineering and Technology

Admission Details

Government of Tamil Nadu makes admissions to B.E. / B.Tech. Courses of all the affiliated colleges through a common merit list of candidates administered by Anna University, Chennai.

College Infrastructure

Our college offers Wi-Fi connectivity in different areas including class, library, and common areas. Our classrooms are well maintained. They have fans, projectors, high-quality desks and benches, and tool drawers with windows. Our department has a library where all the needed books and all study materials are available. Our department offers a variety of food with healthy quality. Medical facility is available within the department for 24 hours. Our department conducts various sports competitions and provides sports materials for cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, hockey, badminton, etc.

Giving review to my college is a great experience.

College Infrastructure

My college has an extraordinary infrasturcture,facilities and equipment. All the classrooms labs are well maintained .They are thriving infrastructure. The food and living spaces are so neat and clean.
