The Krishna College of Dental Sciences and Hospital (KCDSH), started in 1992, is a premier dental college situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. Located in a large piece of land of 133 acres, KCDSH is affiliated college that is accredited by Dental Council of India (DCI). There are 10 courses available across the two degrees, with a total of 268 students and 72 faculty members. KCDSH has its Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) for the undergraduate alongside Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) for postgraduate studies in differing specialities. About the college: KLEN has a wonderful mix of students; 64% are local students within the state of Karnataka and 36% students are from outside Karnataka.
In order to meet all the educational needs of its student, KCDSH has made available the following facilities:. The campus hosts a boy’s hostel and a girl’s hostel; all the facilities that are twenty-first century friendly, including solar geysers, firefighting gadgets, and play areas, are provided. Every college student needs access to well-stocked library in order to get knowledge and make researches. Healthcare gets importance at the college level with a health centre that provides first aid amenities in the college premises. In this area there is provision for sports, as all students have access to sports facilities for physical health. A technological centre is maintained to incorporate contemporary techniques of learning; for the supply of food to the campus consumers, there is a cafeteria. Transportation is provided by 18 buses and several vans belonging to the Krishnadevaraya Educational Trust to move the people from different parts of Bangalore City to the campus. Moreover, it has a branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank and an ATM that is strategically located within the premises, plus the added security that the campus is fairly easily accessible from different parts of the country.

Krishnadevaraya College of Dental Sciences and Hospital is one of the premier dental colleges of Bangalore, Undergraduate and postgraduate BDS and MDS programs in all specialties of dentistry are offered here. The selection procedure in KCDSH is highly stringent and competitive. The cycle of admission mostly follows the entrance examinations at the national levels. In BDS, admissions are made through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates, NEET-UG, to enter MDS through National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS or NEET-MDS.

Degree-wise Admission Process
BDS: KCDSH has 60 seats in Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Admission is on NEET-UG scores. Candidate should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and must be qualified in the NEET-UG exam to get admission.
Admission for all the MDS courses will be based on NEET-MDS. A BDS degree along with NEET-MDS qualification is required for admissions.
