Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing is a four-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai.


Eligibility Criteria

A candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or would completed the said age on or before 31st December of the year of admission to be a first-year nursing course.

Candidate should have passed the +2 examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany or Zoology) and English

As recommended by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi the Eligibility Criteria for admission to B.Sc (N), by giving 5% relaxation to SC/ST/OBC students will be followed

Both male and female candidates are admitted to the course

The candidate should be medically fit.
