• Separate cutoffs are determined for GATE-qualified candidates and Gujarat PGCET-qualified students.

• HSC examination (class 12) mark sheet and certificate

• GUJCET or JEE  Main scorecard (for UG admission)

• Bachelor’s degree certificate (for PG admission)

• Gujarat PGCETor GATE scorecard (for M.E admission)

• CMAT scorecard (for M.C.A admission)

• Non-creamy layer (NCL) certificate (if applied for OBC category)

• Physical disability certificate issued by the civil surgeon/competent medical authority by PwD candidates

• Photographs of the candidate for other state/other than Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary School Examination Board

• Certificate of ex-serviceman, duly issued by the Director, Sainik welfare board, Gujarat state or by the District Sainik Welfare Officer

• A copy of the certificate of in-serviceman duly issued by the commanding officer of the respective unit in which he is serving
