Sorry to say you but actually you have not mention that about which college BA 2nd year final examination you are talking about. However for any general course like BA and BSc the season starts from the month of July August. So for previous year and all year final examinations generally take place , on the month of may to June. So maybe your BA second year final examination can start on the month of May to June however it is completely depend upon your college and university. Hope this will help you
