    Not up to the mark

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is okay. The Wi-Fi, labs, and library are alright. But the number of students is very high, and the classrooms cannot accommodate that many. The quality of food is very poor. The college does not support any sports.

    Academics

The faculty is very qualified and experienced. The exams conducted by the college are alright, but the course curriculum is very poor. The professors cover a fraction of the syllabus but leave out a major chunk, which is important and will be a problem for us in the future.

    Placements

The college has the worst placement record. There are no proper companies hiring, and under the name of placements, they offer jobs with salaries of 10,000 per month in expensive cities like Bangalore. The placement percentage is very low. For the past five years, there have been no proper companies for our course especially.

    Quit very good college

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

The facilities are all quite very good, and there is nothing we can complain about. The infrastructure available for our course includes a comprehensive library with all kinds of books, well-maintained classrooms, and labs. The quality of the hostel is also good considering the charges, and the food provided in the mess and canteen is satisfactory

    Academics

The college teachers are very helpful and all are qualified from reputable colleges, and their teaching methods are impressive. This course curriculum effectively prepares students for the industry. However, the semester exams can be quite challenging, as they are open books.

    Placements

Students were placed in my course at a rate of over 40- 70%. The highest package offered in my program is approximately Rs. 9,00,000, while the lowest is Rs. 2,00,000. Top companies recruiting from my branch include Baba, Adidas, and Puma, among others. Students secured internships based on their knowledge and CGPA.

    Placement are top notch

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

The college facilities here are top-notch, and the faculty members are very good. The college has Wi-Fi on every floor, which makes it easy for students to be hassle-free. Additionally, the labs and classrooms are well-sanitized. There is also a scope for medical facilities, sports, etc.

    Academics

Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and intelligent. The course is good, and semester examinations are moderate. The passing percentage is normal, and as per AICTE rules, pre-placement classes are offered starting from the second year, preparing students to face the industry.

    Placements

Around 100-200 students were placed in top companies like Google, Amazon, and TCS as managers and SDE. Students can secure internships based on the skills they acquire. Overall, the teachers are there to guide us well. The highest package offered is 14 lakhs, and the average is 7.5 lakhs.

    Good placement for students

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Wi-Fi is available throughout the college. Library has a lot of amazing study books but only study books no other sorts of books are available. I don't know much about the hotel experience but what I have heard from my friends who stay at hostel people are extremely strict and don't allow the slightest of fun things.

    Academics

Most teachers are amazing they look after you and try to teach you everyone is highly qualified. Course curriculum is relevant as they are producing extremely well-known engineers around the world. College exams are extremely difficult with the college pouring in a huge amount of pressure. Pass percentage being 50%.

    Placements

Almost 80% of students get placed every year. The highest salary package is 72 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. The average salary package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, and Cognizant. A lot of students got internships I also received an internship from Malware. Top roles offered are C developer, python developer, and java developer.

    Average academic poor infrastructure

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Facilities and infrastructure are decent. We have a great cafeteria, but other things are not good. Some fans don’t work, and there is no AC in regular classrooms. I don’t stay in the hostel, so I don’t know much, but my friends who stayed there said the food was awful, the warden was awful, and the medical facilities and everything else are bad.

    Academics

2 stars is just for teachers. Some teachers are amazing, but CSE department teachers are extremely bad. They don’t care about students and think we are some roots. Teaching quality is bad, although some CSE teachers are amazing. No, certainly no course will make you ready for the industry. The semester exams are extremely difficult, people study from one book, but the complete questions come from somewhere else.

    Placements

Our college claims to give 100% placements, but upon joining we found out that only 40% get placed. Our college’s highest package was 72 LPA, the average package is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Accenture and TCS. From our college, in a class of 400 students, only 9 students were taken for internships. My top roles are data analyst, software engineer, C developer, and java developer.

    Excellent college

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure of college and department is very good. Classrooms are well-built and structured. There are many labs with a maximum capacity of around 80 students at a time. AC rooms are also available, all around the university. Wi-Fi is available and with good connection, in every hostel, you will find Wi-Fi with good connectivity.

    Academics

Faculty members of our college are very friendly, helpful, and well-qualified. Some teachers studied at IIT and many big colleges in India, they are well knowledgeable in their fields. Course curriculum is very good, they make students ready for industry in their fields. There are 4 exams in every semester, 2 sessional, 1 mid term and then end term.

    Placements

Placements in our college for B.Tech computer Science are average. The average placement is around 3 LPA-4 LPA and around 60% of students got on-campus placement. The highest placement is 12 LPA, and the minimum is 1.2 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Amazon, TCS, and Velocity often arrive for on-campus placements, so overall for B.Tech in computer science.

    Very good college for students

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

One thing I have to mention is that our college campus is fantastic. It features a volleyball court, basketball court, swimming pool, tennis court, and badminton court. The hostels are also very good, costing about 3k per semester, and the mess food is quite nice at around 2500 per month.

    Academics

Most of the teachers are really helpful and well-qualified, with many coming from IIT, NIT, and foreign institutions. 2. The course curriculum is also quite good; you have the option to choose courses, although there are some non-course-related subjects such as biology and EVS. 3. There are four exams: two sessionals, one midterm, and one end term (totaling 100 marks). The relative grading system helps improve your grades.

    Placements

I believe around 60 to 70% of students are placed in my course. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Microsoft (which visited once), Flipkart, and Amazon (which visited once or twice), along with many other companies. The highest package is 37 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average is between 6.5 and 7. Internships are up to the student.

    College has Good academic

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

The college hostels are pretty good compared to other government institutions. Classrooms have the required facilities, although not all of them. The campus Wi-Fi works in certain areas but isn't very dependable. The mess food is also quite decent. Sports facilities are available and quite active.

    Academics

It is surprising at times to see how well-qualified some professors are, with some having studied at top universities around the world and others holding very high AIR rankings in national exams. Some teachers might not be very friendly, but overall, the majority are very helpful. Curriculum is also updated according to the latest NEP course structure. The exams are also quite easy.

    Placements

While the college placement cell itself might not be the best, it doesn't hold back students from landing great offers. This year (2025 batch), 8 students from the ECE branch land PSU placements of 12.5–13 LPA. Previously as well, CSE students land jobs up to 37 LPA, and many score well in GATE exams and go abroad for further studies.

Decent college but placement are not up to the mark

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

The college provide good infrastructure like every college. It provides a practical session area. Better lab facilities are available. Some equipment is available, but due to lack of equipment students are unable to work on it, which makes it more difficult.

    Academics

The college Faculty members are joined and appointed as same as in every government college. They provide better lectures than others but there is the availability of permanent staff and as a result, temporary staff changes frequently which can cause problems.

    Placements

The college placements are not at all good because of the approach from many companies towards the college as it is difficult to travel and get people from here. So many companies won't reach here thereby decreasing placement opportunities for students.

    Overall nice college

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

It provides well-maintained classrooms, and modern features like a projector, Wi-Fi, and various engineering disciplines. The hostel is available with limited seats. It has a canteen. The mess facility is also provided. It has sports facilities like football and basketball.

    Academics

Very helpful and highly qualified faculty members are available here. Students can easily understand the topics. The course curriculum is outdated and not relevant to the current industry. It provides practical training and projects in the curriculum. Exams are moderately easy. Students can score high marks.

    Placements

It provides a decent placement rate from various top companies. Placements are the key concern. There are more placements in the IT sector than in the core engineering fields. In mechanical engineering, the top recruiting companies are L&T, MRF, etc. It provides average salary packages to students.

Have a question related to MITS Madanapalle ?

I got 26174 rank in. eapcet can I get seat in mits madnapalli

    Hello Maduru,

Your EAPCET rank is 26174, and based on previous year’s cut-off trends for MITS Madanapalle, getting a seat depends a lot on your category, branch preference, and whether you are applying under home state quota or not. For highly demanded branches like CSE, AI&ML, or ECE, the closing ranks are usually much lower (under 10k–15k), so it might be difficult at your rank. However, for branches like Civil, Mechanical, or newer specializations, you may still have a fair chance since their cut-offs tend to go higher. Also, sometimes seats open up during the second or spot rounds, so you should definitely participate in all rounds of counselling. As cut-offs vary every year depending on exam difficulty, number of applicants, and seat availability, I suggest keeping MITS as an option but also applying to other nearby colleges to be on the safer side.

My rank is 97110 in ap eamcet can get a seat in mits college in CSE course

    Hello Aspirant,

Your chances of admission into CSE at MITS (Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science) is quite unlikley given your rank of 97110 in AP EAMCET.  CSE at MITS typically closes under the general category at a rank of much lower than this (frequently < 20,000-30,000 - depending on the year) and other categories like special categories under EWS, BC, SC/ST, or sports/NCC/PWD unlikely improve your situation here.  I would also encourage you to look at other branches than CSE or a management quota if you are focused on getting into MITS. Check here: MITS Madanapalle Cutoff 025

Hey, in a general quota system a One thousand cutoff is far far better than the cutoffs closing rank of Forty thousand to One Hundred thousand. Popular branches in the top colleges has the cutoff of Ninety Two thousand all over India. And thus, you rank stimulates that can be enough and can get you to not only MITS but can also get you to different other top tier colleges.
