Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

From the year 2013, the State Government of Madhya Pradesh has decided to admit students to Engineering Colleges of Madhya Pradesh through Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Mains) conducted at All India level by CBSE. The date of availability and cost of application form, last date of submission of form, examination form, examination fee, date of examination and other details are announced by the DTE/CBSE in leading Newspapers of the State.

modern facilities include well equipped labs, a comprehensive library, comfortable hostels, a sports complex, digital classroom , and wifi across campus. the campus also features a spacious auditorium, medical facilities, and a cafeteria, ensuring a conducive environment for for both academic and recreational activities.

College Infrastructure

There are 2 hostel for boys , 1st year boys hostel is outside the campus and 2nd ,3rd,4th year share a hostel inside the campus , 1more hostel for all the girls, hostel occupy is limited in both girls and boys hostel ,class room are well furnished with projectors and other equipment, labs are in good condition and library equipped with limited books , wifi available in campus but with a limit of 34mb per day, MITS have the best campus infrastructure compare to all other state Gov. College.
