72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering programme shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
M.E. / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics Engg., Electrical & Electronics and Biomedical Engg. with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ST candidates).
