Madhav Institute of Technology is a constituent college of M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. The institute, which is also recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), runs two full-duration programmes in education. Madhav Institute of Technology admission process is formulated to allow deserving candidates to enter either B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. programmes. Madhav Institute of Technology admission process follows a merit admission system and abides by the regulations of the State Government/Unit Administration and the University of Rajasthan. Madhav Institute of Technology admissions process to the university is given on the basis of merit lists prepared by taking into account the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, whichever is applicable as per the policy of the State Government and the University.
In the B.Ed. programme, the candidate should be someone who holds a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree with a minimum of 50% marks, or the candidate should have completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with at least 55% marks and be qualified in the field of Mathematics and Science. For the D.El.Ed. programme, the candidate should have completed plus two, plus three, or graduation. Madhav Institute of Technology, admissions process in the institute follows the academic calendar of M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, although some dates may vary from year to year.

Madhav Institute of Technology, Baghpat, runs the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with an approved intake of 50 seats. Admission to the B.Ed. programme is offered on a merit basis that weighs on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Bachelor's or Master's degree) and/or entrance examination performance. The selection will be based on any other criteria as adopted by the State Government and the University. Eligibility shall be a Bachelor or Master's degree with 50% marks or a B.E./B.Tech. degree with 55% marks in mathematics and science specialisations.
The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) also has an approved intake of 50 seats. D.El.Ed. admissions are merit-based, considering the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2+3 or graduation) and/or performance in the entrance examination. The selection process is as per the guidelines of the State Government/UT Administration. Applicants need to have completed 10+2+3 or a graduation.
