Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Dental College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai, is one of the most well-known dental colleges. MGMDCH adopts a very rigorous admission process which is designed to select the best candidates for the programmes. The Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Dental College and Hospital admission cycle is in most cases aligned with the national entrance examination schedules. Undergraduate admissions are based on the scores obtained from the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, whereas postgraduate admissions are based on the scores of the NEET MDS examination. For the BDS programme, candidates must be at least 17 years old of the admission year. They need to score a minimum of 50th percentile in the NEET examination for the respective academic year. Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Dental College and Hospital has an approved intake of 100 seats for the BDS programme.
For the postgraduate admission of MDS programmes, candidates need to score up to 50th percentile in NEET MDS examination. Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Dental College and Hospital offers its MDS programmes in various disciplines like Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Oral Pathology and Periodontics with intake ranging from 2-4 seats each discipline.

The MGMDCH takes in 100 intake seats for BDS. Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Dental College and Hospital admission would be made purely on NEET score. A candidate must be 17 years old by 31st December of the year for admission and above 50th percentile score in NEET.
MGMDCH offers Ph.D programmes in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Pathology and Microbiology, and Periodontology. Each programme contains 6 seats except for the Periodontology which has only 3. The admission in PhD programmes requires additional requirements above NEET score.

I’m currently studying 3rd year bds . The curriculum is upadated but needs to focus more on clinical aspects as compared to theoretical . The faculty puts in alot of efforts and they want their students to do good
