Mahaveer College of Pharmacy, Meerut, was established in the year 2013 as an affiliated college located in Uttar Pradesh, India. This institution imparts pharmaceutical education on a compact 2.08 acres of campus and is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India. The college has only one degree course in B. Pharma with the admitted students totalling approximately 120 and 17 faculty members. This is a full-time four-year course whereby students build a sound knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences that will enable them to effectively fit into a career in the fast developing health and pharmaceutical industries.

It provides a number of facilities to enable all-round development of its learners, which include:. There are a number of well-equipped labs within the campus for every possible need required according to the studies of pharmaceutical sciences to provide students with practical knowledge and practical training. Physical education and related aspects within the college also provide for both indoors and outdoors for recreational activities for those interested in sports and fitness. Indoor games include table tennis, chess, carom; a gymnasium is also present for the fitness freak. The sprawling campus avails space for cricket, soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and others, ensuring all-round physically developed children with a spirit to develop teamwork.

The present course available in Mahaveer College of Pharmacy is Bachelor of Pharmacy, as a full time course being served on a regular basis. Having the approved intake of 60 students in every batch every year, this reflects a lucidity of the institution to maintain a low student-teacher ratio for good-quality education. As to the number of the graduates, no statistical data were obtained; however, the provision of a single speciality-oriented course in the college will be able to focus in the field of pharmaceutical education.

Admission is given according to the university guidelines by proper counselling and the university portal. The college considers both merit and performance in entrance exams for student selection. They also provide free internet connection in their hostels. The college has separate arrangements for both male and females for hostels to accommodate them well if they come from out of town. The college also offers transport facilities through buses running throughout Meerut at very nominal charges to facilitate day scholars with easier commuting.
