Degree wise Admission Process
B.A.: There is a Bachelor of Arts course with 160 seats. Admission to the B.A. course is based on the merit list prepared on the basis of marks secured in the 10+2 exam. There are forms available for applicants of all streams (Science, Commerce, Arts).
B.Sc. Bio Group: It is an intake capacity of 120 seats. It is admitted on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2, with preference to those who have studied Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at the higher secondary level.
B.Sc. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics: Admission for this course is 60 seats and takes students based on their score in the 10+2 exam with priority to subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
B.Com.: Admission to B.Com. is 60. Admission on merit basis is made on the marks secured in the 10+2 examination. Application from any stream is welcome, but Commerce background can be given preference.
M.A. Geography: Total 30 seats are available for this two-year postgraduate course. Admission will be as per merit list to be made based on marks scored in the bachelor's degree in the qualifying course. There could be preference shown to candidates who have studied Geography or related courses.
