It may be noted that each year, the qualifying score for government medical colleges through NEET is increasing. Following the trend, you should score 600+ to be on the safe side if you are aiming for PMCH Patna or other good government medical colleges through All India Quota general category.
If you have state quota also, you should be able to score more than 550.

Yes. You can take admission for medical colleges as soon you finish your class 12.
You should achieve more than 50% marks in your Class 12 exams. After that you will have to qualify the National Entrance cum Eligibility test which will be held on May 6, 2018.

More than 500 is enough to get admission in MAMC OR VMMC through SC category

MAMC does not provide any form for their admission the admission is based on NEET UG merit list. you can apply for this college after the declaration of NEET UG result which will be available in june or july 2018
