In the year 2017, 624 was the cutoff for the category you mentioned. In the year 2016, it was around 580.
Since it was an easy paper, there was such a surge in marks. If the 2018 paper is easy, 635+ should be safe. If the paper is medium level, I would say about 615+. In any case, a score above 600 minimum to stand a chance at MAMC.

It may be noted that each year, the qualifying score for government medical colleges through NEET is increasing. Following the trend, you should score 600+ to be on the safe side if you are aiming for PMCH Patna or other good government medical colleges through All India Quota general category.
If you have state quota also, you should be able to score more than 550.

Yes. You can take admission for medical colleges as soon you finish your class 12.
You should achieve more than 50% marks in your Class 12 exams. After that you will have to qualify the National Entrance cum Eligibility test which will be held on May 6, 2018.

More than 500 is enough to get admission in MAMC OR VMMC through SC category
