MES College offers two B.Com programmes, one in B.Com Computer Applications and the other in B.Com Finance and Taxation (Hons). Admission is based on the student's performance in the qualifying examination (10+2). Each programme has a sanctioned intake of 40 students.
Similar to B.Com, admission for the BBA programme is based on academic performance at the 12th level, with a sanctioned intake of 40 students.
For B.Sc courses, the college offers specialisations in B.Sc Bioinformatics (Hons) and B.Sc Microbiology (Hons). The admission process considers the candidate's performance in science subjects at the 10+2 level. The B.Sc Bioinformatics programme has an approved intake of 30 students.
The BCA general admission procedure of the college is governed. Candidates will be selected based on their level of performance in 10+2 results, emphasising mathematics and computer science.
Applicants for M.Com programmes must be holding a B.Com or equivalent degree. The approved intake for M.Com E-commerce is 30 students.
Admission into M.Sc. programmes requires a relevant bachelor's degree in science. The number of approved intakes varies: 20 for M.Sc Biotechnology, 20 for M.Sc Microbiology and 12 for M.Sc Computer Science.
Candidates with a bachelor's degree in English or related subjects are eligible for admission in MA English. The approved intake for the above programme is 12 students.
M.Lib.I.Sc (Master of Library and Information Science) programme has an intake of 15 students and requires a relevant bachelor's degree for admission.
