MNR College of Pharmacy, Sangareddy (MNRCOP) is one of the premier pharmacy colleges that was started in 2004 in Sangareddy, Hyderabad, Telangana. It is affiliated with the Osmania University and has commissioned the Pharmacy Council of India and AICTE, New Delhi. With six imaging courses across three degrees, MNRCOP is located in a vast 110 acres area; the college has 618 enrolments. The institute has a talent pool consisting of 52 faculties which allow highly educated students-teacher ratio. At a gender diversity level, the college has been able to balance the number of female students at 58% and male students at 42%.

MNRCOP aims to deliver high quality educational experience to students. The campus is equipped with finest of laboratories that include UPLC, FTIR, HPLC, HPTLC etc which shall help the students for the practical experience of research and analysis in the field of pharma. The college has a library that boasts of a collection of more than three thousand books and six hundred research publications. For the purpose of the balanced development, MNRCOP offers sports amenities and equipment, computer laboratory with internet connection, and a large dining hall. The college also made sure out-station students have quality accommodation for instance the college has two hostels for boys and girls. In addition, MNRCOP also provides transport facility that links different areas of Hyderabad to the campus to allow day scholars to travel easily.

MNRCOP offers a range of programmes in pharmacy to meet different career path needs. There are 6 courses in the institute right now, B.Pharma is the undergraduate course offered while the other 5 are at the master’s and doctoral levels, these are M.Pharma in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharm.D and Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate. These courses were intended to meet various subfields that are available in the pharmaceutical line. Total number of students intake across all courses is 185 and for B.Pharma the intake is maximum being 100 seats. 

Entry into MNRCOP depends on one of the exams depending on the course of study pursued by the candidate. For B.Pharma, admissions are made through the Telangana State EAMCET Exam; Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test. Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) admissions are done in accordance with Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) & Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET). The Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate programme does factor the TS PGECET scores when it comes to admissions. These entrance tests are usually conducted once a year and the college follows this admission calendar.
