Mohamed Sathak A.J. College of Physiotherapy, Chennai, is one of the front-ranking institutions affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University. BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy): This is a four-year undergraduate course offered by the college. Admission to BPT is likely to be based on the candidate's performance in 10+2 or equivalent examination, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The College may also conduct merit-based selections or may follow the guideline set by Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University for the purpose of conducting the admission.

MPT (Master of Physiotherapy): The College offers four areas of specialization at a postgraduate level for a period of 2 years each:

1. MPT Orthopedic
2. MPT Neurology
3. MPT Cardio Pulmonary Conditions
4. MPT Sports Physiotherapy

For the MPT program, a candidate possesses a degree of BPT from an approved institution. The selection will depend on the candidate's performance at undergraduate level; and may comprise assessment of relevant entrance examination/s and include an interview or counseling session based on the candidate's appropriateness for the desired specialization.
