Master of Science (M.Sc) in Medical and Surgical Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the postgraduate level in the nursing course offered by Pondicherry University, Puducherry and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC).


Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should be a registered nurse and registerd midwirte or equivalent with any state nursing registration council. Minimum educational qualilfilcationa shall be B.sc nursing / B.sc hons. Nursing/Post basic B.sc Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks. [50% for SC/ST]. The candidate should have undergone in B.sc nursing/post basic b.sc. nursing on full time (regular stream; not distance mode) in an institution which is recognized by the indian nursing council. Minimum one year of work experience after basic B.sc nursing as on last date of application submission (The experience wil be calculated from the date registered with the state nursing council).minimum one year of work experience prior of after post basic b.sc nursing, as on last date of application submission (The experience will be calculated from the date registered with state nursing council).
