Actually cut off marks vary every year which depend upon difficulty of neet exam as this year exam was easy so cut off may be high.
For safer side Ur score should be more than 560 do that u can opt for it as Ur choice. Rest depend upon number of students appears for counselling of same college .

The cutoff usually depend on the difficulty level of NEET questions. When there is a relatively easier examination like if we say for 2018 biology and chemistry being simple and physics a little on the tough side the cutoffs are usually expected to be high. To be on the safer side, you should always aim for at least 600+ to get admission in the college of your choice.

If u are belong to reserved category (ST) may be u will get but there is less number of chances to get seat under these marks.
