Hello Aspirant,
No you cannot get MBBS seat in any college without giving NEET UG because NEET UG is compulsory entrance exam and without it you cannot get admission to MBBS seat.
Once you will have a valid NEET UG score and if you qualify it then you will be eligible for admission to MBBS seat but merely qualifying NEET UG does not ensure the allotment because in counselling the seats are allotted on the basis of marks scored by candidates in NEET UG.

The duration of postgraduate courses at Ramaiah Medical College Bangalore is 3 years for MD and MS programmes.
Ramaiah Medical College offers courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The undergraduate course is MBBS, while postgraduate courses include MD and MS. The doctoral courses offered at RMC Bangalore are M.Ch, DM and Ph.D all in full-time mode.
For the MD and MS courses at Ramaiah Medical College, candidates must have an MBBS or equivalent degree. For M.Ch, candidates must have completed an MD or MS or an equivalent degree to be eligible for admission.
To be eligible for the undergraduate MBBS degree, candidates must have passed 10+2 with an aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths/ English from a recognised board.
