Yes you can surely get your marksheet . Every institute reserves data of students for many years.
You can get your b.a certificate by contacting with you university registrar department . you can make a visit there and discuss about the issue how you lost your mark sheet . you will have to provide some information for a new mark sheet like

1.roll no
2.year of passing
3. Father name
4. Your name
Etc.

They will charge you some amount to issue a new marksheet it can take about 1 month or you can opt for emergency service  it will increase charge but you will get your mark sheet in 5 - 10 days.
