Located in Chaturgarh Bisahiya, Kunda Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Nandan Mahavidyalaya, Pratapgarh  and it is an affiliated co-educational college. The course admission process at Nandan Mahavidyalaya is conducted for the worthy students to be admitted into its various academic programs. Most of the courses admit students based on merit. Degree wise Admission Process

BA: The college has an intake of 360 seats for the Bachelor of Arts program. The admission criteria of BA programs are based on past merit, with marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination (10+2). Interested students have completed their higher secondary education in the relevant subjects.

B.Sc: The college has a Bachelor of Science program it offers few available seats as 60. It is similar to that of BA, the B.Sc admission is merit-based, relying very much on the candidate's performance on his/her 10+2 examination mostly in Science subjects.

MA Sociology: This postgraduate course observes the merit criterion for admission. Candidates who have graduated with a bachelor's degree, preferably in Sociology or any other similar field, are qualified to apply for this program. Selection is conducted on the merit basis of marks scored at qualifying examinations.

MA Education: As for the MA Education program, admission also is based on an average merit basis. Those with a bachelor's degree in Education or a similar field ideally are required for admission. Evaluation is based on performance by the candidates at the undergraduate level.

D.El.Ed: At Nandan Mahavidyalaya, 50 seats are approved for admission pertaining to the Diploma in Elementary Education. The D.El.Ed admission procedure is somewhat distinct from that of other courses. It is merit-based according to the marks achieved in the qualifying examination and/or an entrance examination, according to the policy of the State Government or UT Administration.
