Since you have successfully passed your 10+2 , so now you are definitely elligible for admission in nift for cretificate program in fashion design. You can even appear for nift ug entrance examination and pusue a bachelors degree in design. Both way you can be a fashion designer.

First of all i would like to bring this to your notice that nift does not offer a bachelors degree in interior design. Some popular colleges which offer a bachelors degree in interior design are national institute of design, pearl academy, arch college of design and business, international institute of fashion technology etc. As far as i am concerned most of the colleges conduct their own entrance exam, one must have passed his, her 10+2 examination to be considered for admission. Apart from this its very important to qaulify in the relevant entrance exam. Securing a decent rank increases your chances of admission by many folds. make sure you put in some good efforts and prepare thoroughly.

Yes. You can purse a certificate of fashion styling from NIFT Delhi.
National institute of fashion technology is a course with 4 years. So you can not go out and look for job after getting the one year certificate. You need to have more experienced and learn a lot . So to become a great stylish fashion designer you need to complete all the course of 4 years.

You haven't mentioned what course you are studying right now. Anyways the candidate after an undergraduation degree or 12th standard can persue Diploma in fashion designing. Since NIFT Delhi is a government college you have to appear and clear the national level entrance examination that is conducted every year to make it into the college.
