As you mentioned your category rank, according to your rank and previous year cutoff we can analyse possibilities ,as per previous cut off you have few chances to get seat in one of any nift campus .NIFT cutoff for year 2022 is going to announce soon on official website of nift. No one can accurately the exact cutoff for this year because it hasn't been told yet. But as per precious years cut off we can analyse this year cutoff which can give an  approximate idea.

As far as your rank is concerned let me tell you in 3k you have chances to get in nift centres like shillong, jodhpur, gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Chennai, bhuvaneshwar,Mumbai.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs difficulty level of the paper.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as your rank that is merit rank around 4000 and gen EWS gategory rank is 192  is very low as compared to the previous year cutoffs so getting admissions in N.I.F.T ( National Institute of Fashion Technology )  very difficult. So you are advised to try again next year with full preparations and focus. You should certainly work hard and should try to achieve high and high in examination.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you have secured decent rank in N.I.F.T ( National Institute of Fashion Technology ) that is Common merit rank 820 category Rank 573 . So yes you can certainly get admissions in N.I.F.T as the closing rank is around 2200 to 2500 and you have good ranks as compared.

Looking at the previous year NIFT cutoff, you have less chances to get into B.des Course in NIFT Mumbai, because your rank is likely to be very less. The admission to NIFT B. Des is based on the Creative Ability Test (CAT), General Ability Test (GAT) and Situation Test. To get a rank between 800-850 , you need to have a score in the written test of about 40-50 marks.

Honestly as far as your rank is concerned i don't think too nift colleges will be available to you but you can try for some lower cut off nift colleges like shillong,jodhpur and a few more.
