Hello,
There is no specific answer to this. You need to score the minimum cut off rank to get admission in NIFT. Cut off depends on the NIFT campus, course applied you want to get admission in, number of candidates appeared, number of seats available, number of candidates applied to a particular course etc. Here is the NIFT last rank list 2019 who got admission in NIFT in various branches, you will get some idea about the cut off trends https://static.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/Latest-Last-Merit-Rank-2019_0.pdf
Now, there are approximately 3590 seats in B.Des and BFT so your rank must be within 3000 to have decent chances of getting seat in any NIFT campus.Cut off changes every year depending on the above mentioned factors.
NIFT Delhi boasts a modern and well-equipped campus that provides a conducive environment for creativity and learning. The infrastructure is designed to meet the needs of aspiring fashion professionals, with state-of-the-art facilities that cater to every aspect of design education. The campus houses spacious classrooms, design studios, and well-stocked libraries. The design studios, in particular, are equipped with the latest technology, sewing machines, and pattern-making tools, which are essential for hands-on learning. The fabric library is extensive, giving students access to a wide variety of materials to experiment with. The campus also features well-maintained hostels, canteens, and recreational areas, ensuring that students can maintain a balance between academic and personal life. The campus is located in the heart of Delhi, which further adds to its appeal, offering students easy access to major fashion events, exhibitions, and industry hubs. The campus's aesthetics are modern and professional, fostering an atmosphere that promotes creativity and innovation. However, with its heavy focus on practical work, there could be an increased emphasis on upgrading and expanding certain areas, especially as the institution continues to grow. Overall, the infrastructure at NIFT Delhi supports the learning needs of students and helps them prepare for the competitive world of fashion.
The college infrastructure is great. The library is really good and has air conditioning. the college doesnt have sports centre or hostel. the canteen served food is fine. but there is not much cleanliness in the canteen. overall the college is fine except some issues.
Overall infrastructure is good, has a library, a resource center. One can get a good resource that is not available outside the campus, for examples books and magazines that are not available outside at any bookstore
