In the first year the syllabus will be same for all the b.des students among all the nift centres. You be will learing about basic drawing skill, geometry, introduction to elements of design, colour theories, digital design, art and design asthetics, fashion studies.

NIFT usually releases the application form in October. So it can be anticipated that National Institute of Fashion Technology will release the application form for NIFT 2021 admission in the month of October. No it's not completely their responsibility. They will try their best to shape you the best and make you deserving enough to get a respectful job on your own merit but you cannot take that for granted. It's you who has to struggle and earn that. NIFT Delhi has great education facilities so probably you need to focus throughout the year pretty well and yes then you can get a decent respectful job for sure.

Hostel rooms in NIFT are available in both AC and Non AC format. As per last year, hostel fee for AC room is around INR 37,500 and INR 34,500 per annum. Security deposit amount INR 2,500 which is refundable.

Security deposit amount which is non refundable INR 2,000. Electricity charges Amount INR 28,000. Service charges INR 7,000. Mess charges INR 42,000. Exam fee around INR 3,500. These fees are of last year's and subject to change this year.

NIFT offers Sarthak NIFT Financial Assistance Scheme to the students of NIFT fulfilling prescribed criteria. There are some criteria to be eligible for this scholarship. Those who fulfill the criteria, need to fill up a certain form that is also available in the website along with necessary documents. You can download the PDF from their official website.

There is no hostel for boys in NIFT Delhi , it is only for first year female student which would cost them around 1,10000 rupee per annum including all charges except mess charges, and if it is about boys so they can live in hostels/PG near to the college which would cost you around from 7,500 - 19,500 per month depending upon the location and facilities you get.
