Hello,

No college can guarantee you a job no matter how big the college is. It will always be you who will have to ensure that by putting hardwork and passion inti your study and work. You said you want to do diploma in AMU and Certificate in NIFT and that too with different branches.
Firstly, let me clear you that diploma courses and certificate courses are considered almost same abd there are graduate you don't get a good job even after graduating from NIFT because i already mentioned its all upto you.
But instead of going for so many short term courses you should do proper undergraduate course in designing or whatever branch your are interested in because that will be a better option.

I hope this helps.

Hello,

AMU and NIFT, both are premier institute of India.
If you want make a career in fashion designing/styling etc industry, the most important that you need to keep in your mind is that you should have deep interest, skills and above all passion because without these you cannot make a good and stable career in this industry because its too dynamic and advance+change is there all the time and having all these factors in more important then studying in a top college. If you want to be successful in what you want to do then be loyal, disciplined and study and gain knowledge as much as you can.
After completion of course, search for internships with small or big MNCs and work with them in understand what actually designing is and then you can switch to big companies or may be you own business.

Good Luck

Hello dear student !

Both NIFT Delhi as well as INIFD Delhi are very good colleges for fashion designing. But if we talk about the best and priority , then of course , NIFT Delhi is better than INIFD. There are many reasons of it. NIFT Delhi is run by the government whereas INIFD is a private institute so NIFT provide a proper degree. So it is better to go for NIFT if there is any choice.

Hope this will help you

Hello,

Nift Cat and Gat exam results will be out either in February or march. Dates are not clear yet. But answer key is released and result will be out very soon.

College Infrastructure

NIFT Delhi boasts a modern and well-equipped campus that provides a conducive environment for creativity and learning. The infrastructure is designed to meet the needs of aspiring fashion professionals, with state-of-the-art facilities that cater to every aspect of design education. The campus houses spacious classrooms, design studios, and well-stocked libraries. The design studios, in particular, are equipped with the latest technology, sewing machines, and pattern-making tools, which are essential for hands-on learning. The fabric library is extensive, giving students access to a wide variety of materials to experiment with. The campus also features well-maintained hostels, canteens, and recreational areas, ensuring that students can maintain a balance between academic and personal life. The campus is located in the heart of Delhi, which further adds to its appeal, offering students easy access to major fashion events, exhibitions, and industry hubs. The campus's aesthetics are modern and professional, fostering an atmosphere that promotes creativity and innovation. However, with its heavy focus on practical work, there could be an increased emphasis on upgrading and expanding certain areas, especially as the institution continues to grow. Overall, the infrastructure at NIFT Delhi supports the learning needs of students and helps them prepare for the competitive world of fashion.
