You can not study for free but you can manage to pay your fee by your hard work.

All you need to do is just pay fee of 1st semester and then maintain a good attendance that is above 90% then apply for NIFT merit Cum scholarship and then join your professor in their project as assistant there you will be paid per hour.

This way you can make money for your fee.

For a masters degre in fashion designing a candidates should have completed a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing from a recognised University in India with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.Since you have done diploma so you wont be eligible for masters degree.

NIFT ,NID and Pearl are some top colleges for fashion and designing and they do offer placement because they are big brands. Although the average and initial package does not justify the brand value and the money you invest in your education because the initial placement packages is 4-6 lakhs per annum.There are foreign placement too but that also don't pay you much initially.But overall if you are i.terested then you can earn well if you will have time and energy to work in this industry for long time.

In National Institute of Fashion Technology there are many course available.
You can do Bachelor program, master program or certificate course.
Depending on your interest you can select one.
Masters in fashion management, masters in fashion technology and master in design these masters degree available in NIFT.
The duration of the course is 2 years.
