The Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is an educational institution of NDMVP Samaj, Nashik which was established in the year 2008 and the college has a major responsibility to impart education in the pharmaceutical field. Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences has numerous amenities only to facilitate the learning of the students enrolled in the institute. The library is now available for 25 users at any one time and is filled with scientific journals, enabling the learners to access potentially valuable sources of information within their area of concentration. For the students who need to be housed in the school, the institute has provided both boys’ and girls’ hostels, whereby outstation students need not pay extra for accommodation. The college also for its own has a good number of laboratories and a computerised laboratory for net browsing for the update of students' data and awareness. Further, the campus has put in service a number of infrastructures which include a health centre fitted with first aid facilities and banks and ATM to cater for the financial needs of the students. 

At present, the institute run by the NDMVP Samaj includes 2 courses namely Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) and B.Pharma. These are the full-time programmes that last for two years and have an approved capacity of admission of sixty students. So the D.Pharma course of study is a curriculum planned to help learners achieve deep pharmacy knowledge and practice ready to serve in different segments of the pharmaceutical area. Since no other programmes are offered by the institute, there are no distractions when it comes to preparing the students for a career in the pharmaceutical industry: all the knowledge and skills that the learners obtain will be pertinent to pharmaceutics.

B. Pharma: Four-year undergraduate study in the Bachelor of Pharmacy has been offered from the institute with an approved intake capacity of 60 students. Therefore, the criteria for eligibility, admission process etc., would presumably be the same as D.Pharma, or perhaps more than that, with additional requirements placed, given the graduate nature of this course.
