Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre (NCERC) was set up in the year 2002 at an area of over eight acres in Thrissur, Kerala. This AICTE, NAAC recognized affiliated college has many branches of engineering and management courses. Located in a massive area of about 25 acres of land the NCERC has total student enrolment of 1003 and faculty strength of 126.
Lecture The facilities available in NCERC Thrissur have been equipped with modern facilities so as to support the students. Presently, the hostels located in this college comprises of only the boys hostels and the girls hostels, where up to 900 students can be housed. The central library in the Brahmagupta block includes books, journals and digital resources for users with 64 MBPS internet access. The campus also boasts well endowed laboratory facilities for different engineering specializations, computer laboratory and an internet laboratory with advanced computational servers. In terms of fitness, there is fully equipped and advanced Gymnasium and sports complex. The college also has the transport facility with more than 40 buses operate in Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram district.
The institute has a wide spectrum of educating courses with 7 of them on Bachelor’s and 5 on Master’s degree. The B.Tech programs include Computer Science & Engineering; Electronics and Communication Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Electrical and Electronics Engineering; Mechatronics Engineering; and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. NCERC is a leading college at postgraduate level which offers M.Tech specializations in VLSI Design, Computer Science and Engineering, Energy Systems and Cyber Security, MBA, and MCA.

The JEE Main or KEAM scores are by far the most important for NCERC Thrissur admission process into the B.Tech programmes, which are undergraduate programmes. National-level and state-level entrance examinations, such as JEE Main, are considered for B.Tech admissions. NCERC Thrissur admission process typically begins in January, with the academic year starting around August-September.
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores are taken into account for M.Tech admissions whereas the MBA programmes are admitted on the basis of scores obtained from the Common Admission Test (CAT), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), or Kerala Management Admission Test (KMAT Kerala). The entry into the MCA programme is done through the Kerala MCA Entrance Examination conducted by LBS. Basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech course are completion of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as the main subjects. NCERC Thrissur admission process is based on merit.
NCERC offers seven B.Tech programmes with an admission capacity of 480 seats. NCERC Thrissur admission process shall be based on JEE Main or KEAM scores for programmes in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Each of the programmes is approved for an intake of 60 students with the exception of Computer Science and Engineering which has an intake of 120 students.
The institute allows for four M.Tech specialisations, namely VLSI Design, Computer Science and Engineering, Energy Systems and Cyber Security. NCERC Thrissur admission process is based on valid GATE scores, but this requirement is relaxed for management quota candidates. The approved intake for VLSI Design and Computer Science and Engineering is 18 seats each, while Energy Systems and Cyber Security have 9 seats each.
The MBA programme of NCERC has an approved intake of 60 students. NCERC Thrissur admission process is based on a CAT, CMAT, or KMAT Kerala score. Candidates should go through the final selection process, which may include a written ability test or a personal interview.

In case of aesthetics and quality college infrastructure is very good. We had all required labs with latest technologies. College is in a rural area. Even though college bus network is enormous hence reachability is not a problem.
Our college provides students with Wi-Fi services. The campus has a well-built infrastructure, which includes an open-air place like a basketball court, where most of the events are conducted. It also has a beautiful flower garden, and a very good ground for sports like volleyball court, etc.
Hostel facilities are excellent at our college. The cooked food is delicious and the canteen is also nice. Medical facilities are available if students or teachers or any employee has problems. Games and games are held every year. Our college also supports other academic activities

To make sure you have all the right details and are not misled by people who are unaware, I would request you to contact the respective authorities of the institution and it would definitely benefit you as they have all the adequate knowledge.
Most colleges dont mention the management quota procedure and fee structure on the college websites as they are under their respective university norms, and the management quota procedure varies from candidate to candidate and also from institution to institution tremendously.
