D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): It is a full-time program spanning a period of two years with an intake of 50 students. It is meant to cater to prospective teachers who wish to teach in lower classes. Admission into the course is also by merit and on the basis of marks secured in a qualifying examination and/or entrance examination whereby it is expected that the selection would be in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the state government and UT administration.
