Pandit Shiv Ratan Dubey Balika Mahavidyalaya, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, an affiliated premier all-women educational institute, was established in the year 2008. This college imparts quality education to women from in and around the place. It has a total student enrolment of 165, and with a faculty strength of about 10, the college has a very personalized learning experience. It currently offers a single degree program, namely, Bachelor of Arts (BA), expressive of its status as an institution for humanities education. 

The infrastructural facilities have been constantly developed and have been very rightly envisaged and developed so as to be helpful in an overall learning experience. Pandit Shiv Ratan Dubey Balika Mahavidyalaya boasts a computerised library, which is located at the heart of the institution and has close to 3,000 books. The library has a well-managed reading room, where the students can read books, magazines, newspapers, and journals by themselves. The Laboratories for Home Science and Computer Studies are well equipped with tools for hands-on experience in practical work. It provides sports facilities for the physical well-being of students and has a balanced approach toward education. Another feature is its IT infrastructure, which supports modern methods of teaching and learning, while its guest house provides accommodation to visiting faculty and family members of students.

Pandit Shiv Ratan Dubey Balika Mahavidyalaya has one full-time course: the BA. The college offers an undergraduate course of a three-year course of study with a holistic approach to all subjects under humanities.
