Admission for BCom in Patna Women's College is done via PUCET(Patna University Common Entrance Test) conducted by the college, further followed by Interview and Counselling.

Eligibility; Candidates needs to have passed 10+2 in Commerce with 45% or those with 10+2 with Science/ Arts needs to have 50% marks in aggregate in order to appear for the entrance test.

Considering b.sc biology , will it be bsc botany or bsc zoology u prefer.?For either it will be,50% minimum cutoff in the main subjects including mathematics and biology in your class 12 alone.I hope you will be able to get enrolled much easily.

Hi Tanvi,  Now for admission in any college or university depends upon merit list. Merit list depends upon many factors like number of students appeared in the enteance exam, number of studenta who have cleared the exam, number of students applied in the same university as of yours, etc. Based on these factors merit loat will generate. Based on that merit list you can decide whether you will get admiasion or not. Hope this is helpful for your dilemma.

Basically B. A. Entrance exam has various parts according to questions asked. First part contains multitple choice questions on current affairs, social awareness, logical and analytical reasoning. And the other part will include descriptive questions in english. Mostly general knowledge, basic sciences and humanities questions are asked in entrance exam. Hope you are clear

College Infrastructure

The campus buildings are Fine and Average and the library contains a vast collection of reference and academic books. Wi-Fi facilities in a few departments, and minimal computer labs. However, much of the infrastructure is under-maintained, with aging furniture, poor cleanliness, and some classrooms without up-to-date teaching aids. Facilities are available but not properly advertised or maintained regularly.
