PDEA's Law College, Pune Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

PDEA's Law College is established at Pune years and is a premier law college affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University as well as graded 'A' by the Bar Council of India. And it offers BA LLB Integrated, LLB as well as diploma courses in law. The admission cycle for PDEA's Law College starts after the announcement of the result of the entrance examination. The Maharashtra CET Law Test is the introductory exam to which students have to take to gain entry into BA LLB Integrated and LLB programs. The MH CET Law will be held on March 19-20, 2025, in an online mode for the academic year 2025-26. Eligibility requirements depend on the course. 

For example, those who wish to apply for BA LLB Integrated must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent recognised examination from a recognised board while those intending to take LLB must have a bachelor's degree in any chosen discipline from a recognised university. Application Process 

The application procedure follows:

For BA LLB Integrated and LLB programs:

1. Appear in the MH CET Law exam.

2. Await the announcement of the MH CET Law examination results.

3. Once the results are out, the candidate is expected to visit PDEA's Law College website or the admission office to obtain the application form.

4. Fill the application form correctly.

5. Attach all the required documents which may include:

• MH CET Law score card
• 10th and 12th standard mark sheets
• Graduation mark sheets (for LLB applicants)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile certificate
• Recent passport-size photographs

6. Submit filled application form with the above mentioned required documents to the college admission office before the specified deadline.

7. Wait for merit list publication by the college.

8. Complete admission formalities, including document verification and fee payment, if selected, within the specified time limit. 

For Diploma programs (Cyber Law, Taxation Laws, Labour Laws and Labour Welfare):

1. Contact college directly or visit their website for application procedure for diploma courses.

2. Collect and fill out the application form for the desired diploma program.

3. Necessary documents to be attached may include:

• Graduation mark sheets
• Work experience certificate (if required)
• Recent passport-sized photographs

4. Submit completed application form along with required documents to the college admission office.

5. Attend any interviews or tests that the college requires for diploma admissions.

Degree wise Admission Process

BA LLB Integrated: This is a 5-year integrated program with an intake capacity of 132 seats. Admission for this course shall be made dependent on the score of MH CET Law. This a combined bachelor's degree in arts and law to deliver comprehensive education in legal studies.

LLB: The 3-year LLB program would again admit 132 students through MH CET Law for admission. It helps graduates aim at a career in law.

Diploma in Cyber Law: This is a one-year specialized diploma program with 60 seats. The admission process for this course may differ from the degree programs and interested candidates should contact the college for specific admission details. 

Diploma in Taxation Laws: Another one-year diploma program with 60 seats, focusing on tax laws. The admission process and conditions may differ from the degree programs.

Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare: This one-year diploma program also has an intake of 60 seats. Admission into this field goes directly through the college regarding the intake and eligibility criteria.
