Infrastructure of the Poona College of pharmacy is pretty off best and good. Bharati Vidyapeeth deemed to be university has maintained its infrastructure of all the sections of courses. All over infrastructure is nice
Academics in Poona College of Pharmacy Bharati Vidyapeeth deemed to be university is well maintained as all the teaching staff is highly educated and teaching skills are well accompanied non teaching staff is also helpful
In Poona College of Pharmacy Bharati Vidyapeeth deemed to be university placements for the B.Pharm level are not much but for the M.pharm level placements are pretty well various well known industries n company comes
There are unaided and aided type of admission in Poona College of Pharmacy Bharati Vidyapeeth deemed to be university. The aided has much more affordable section as fees is less and it get admitted through mah CET therefore there is nice value for money if you are taking admission in aided
In Poona College of Pharmacy Bharati Vidyapeeth deemed to be university there are not much events. But for personality development the college is very helpful it can be created from the taking part in various cells formed in the campus
The college has good labs and instruments and the college has a library, computer lab and hostels as well(for boys and girls both). The campus is small but equips 4 colleges so the hostel is shared amongst students of all 4 colleges. The living spaces are a little small as 4 people live in one room, but the area is clean
Academically the college is very good, all the faculties are very well educated with PhD degrees. I am currently a bpharm student here and lectures are regularly conducted here. The faculty is very approachable and knowledgeable. The curriculum is updated and the library has magazines that contain all the recent developments in the field. The college has a lot of patents too.
Placements are not that great. You would expect a good job placement after your degree in the college but it is just disappointing because of the packages the companies offer. Getting a good placement after Bpharm is very difficult.
I am a grant student which means i have my admission under MHT-CET. Being an open category student, i have to pay 16k per year as my tuition fees. However according to your category your fees would vary (general category has the highest fees). There is also a non grant division who pay a significantly higher fees due to their seat being self funded.
The campus is small, but has 4 colleges. It has a cricket ground, a basketball court and a volleyball court as well. In college you would expect a bigger campus but it is not that big. Our college however has a porch area where all cultural events take place.
For getting a bachelor's degree the college is decent (if youre not expecting a placement right after your degree). For masters you can try some other college due to placement issues.
Infrastructure is good. The labs are well equipped as well as the lab assistant are helpful. The masters building (m pharm) has food and drug testing department . Also, college has animal house permissions for masters student.
It's a great college for academics . Professors are good and helpful .There teaching style is really nice . Also library has lots of books on various subjets.we can refere whenever we want . Professors are kind and always help students.
Placement are not up to the mark in the college. From past 2 years the no of placement are decreased . It's because only Bpharm is not sufficient for the company so most of the students go for further studies like Mpharm ms etc
It's value for money college if you are taking admission through CAP round ie. From cet . The fees are minimal and for reserved category it is very less as it is government college.for those who come through bharati entrance fees are little bit high.
Campus life is okay .The campus canteen is not good college surroundings are nice but erendwane campus is small compare to katraj one . College does not provide much support or extracurricular activities .
e It's one of the best pharmacy college in Pune .Great facilities .labs are well equipped and professors are also knowledgeable. Everyone there is sincere and kind . campus life is ok . College is not that great for extra curricular and fest , Otherwise the college is good
Poona college of pharmacy has a strong infrastructure with well equiped labs, spacious classrooms and well stocked library . The highlight for me is the advanced labs which are instrumental in practical learning wifi connectivity and cleaning maintenance is nice
Academics at the college is rigorous and industry focused the faculty is knowledgeable and supportinve encouragable and provide explanations almost all the teachers are PHD the curiculum is updated regularly nd current affairs are discussed while teaching
Placement at the college are decent With good portion of securing jobs by the student, the salary may not be the highest But college tries to get the student placed while the E-cells in the college helps in getting internships before completion of graduation
Value for money at a college is fixed by like it can range between lowest to highest aided section of the college has the lowest fees around 16,000 per year and for unaided Section has the fees of around 1,50,000 per year year with increment of 5% every year
College life effect, college offers a blend of Social interaction and Academics Also, college provides strict different hostels with rules for boys and girls College provides cultural week once a year, but the focus is on academics more
College has good a good infrastructure. The classrooms all have smart boards and are quite spacious. There are some issues related to network connectivity but the college wifi works well. The laboratories have all the necessary equipment. They are big and properly ventilated.
All the professors are very well educated with an immense knowledge of the subject. While there is scope for improvement in the quality of teaching the institution is commited to getting better. Professors are approachable, and many go above and beyond to ensure students grasp challenging concepts. However, there were instances where communication about course changes could have been more timely.
The college's efforts to connect students with internships and job opportunities are commendable. However, clearer pathways for students with specific career goals could be established. They provide placement in all the good companies. It can be considered good at this point.
B. Pharm ranges from 1 - 1.5 lakhs per year for non grant section and a maximum of 16000 for grant. Pharm D. Ranges from 1.5- 2 lakhs per year.
The campus consists of 2 buildings and is not very huge nor too small. There's not a very high scope for campus live.
I have been attending this college for 2 years now and there could have been a better college I could have been at. While this college is good it sometimes does not provide enough chances of freely carrying out co-curricular activities.
Poona college of pharmacy has a commendable infrastructure, equipped with modern facilities and resources to support student education. From well equipped classrooms, and laboratories to extensive library resources, the college, ensure students have access to all amenities.
Poona College of pharmacy delivers a great academic experience with dedicated faculty. They also prioritize students learning to achieve growth. Overall, the college excels in academic provision preparing students for success in their respective fields.
The career service teams provide invaluable support in resume building, interview preparation, and networking. While some improvement could be made the college empower students for a successful transition into the professional world.
My course costs 3LPA. While the institution provides adequate academic resources and facilities, the return on investment in terms of career prospects haven’t really met the expectations.
Poona College of pharmacy fosters a vibrant campus life, enriched by diverse student activities, and engaging events. From sports event to cultural festivals, there’s something for everyone to participate and enjoy. Hence the college provides enriching environment where the students can thrive, both academically and socially.
College was inaugurated in 1980 and there are minimal changes in infrastructure classroom and equipment's a used are still old school and need refurbishment. No proper Wi-Fi facility even network issues in campus premises no personal lockers or personal space in campus for students to do their work even their are lot of restriction in library regarding many things. Modern equipment such as smart board still doesnt exist and still use those old school projectors which are very gimmicky at times
Teachers are not that approachable and there is a big gap between student and teacher in terms of teaching at certain times it feels that college is to much focused on academic part and doesnt provide enough platform for student to showcase their soft skills
No proper dedicated authorities are present for placement due to which they are not able to bring good companies for students. Students do not get what their desired package as freshers , also no prier training is given to student for job interviews due to which they are not able to perform well
It is a government affiliated college, so yes at some point it is offering an education that most can't afford, but it cannot meet the standards of the other competetive government colleges. So frankly you can still take admission in this college as last option.
The poona college of pharmacy has the infrastructure and very well facilities.and equipments. These college facilities is very different from other colleges. The classrooms of these college is very big like laboratory and libraries. The sports playground is very big.
I studing in M pharmacy.Because I like these faculties of medical. The quality of teaching is very well. Teacher teaches us very well. The college of curriculum is good. There are many more fields in these college.
These college is placements is very dedicated and very helpful.job place is very well.the percentage of these college students is very well. The job packages salary is very highest. These college placements process is very easy and very pleasant.
College have all the necessary infrastructure like lab facilities, lift services, water facilities. Wifi, smart boards are also there but we are not allowed to use wifi. Living expenses is clean but we have no canteen service in our college so point of telling about food hygienic is not totally worth it.
I have studied Bachelor of pharmacy to know more about medicines and to develop my career in a pharma industry. The quality of teaching is okay okay. Yes they are updated about the curriculum things but they don't take lots of efforts in the development of any field . Now as our college didn't provide any placement to us. So placement wise it's a worse college.
Out of 120 students I think only 5-6 students got placed on campus because there were no company who visited in our campus. Only 1-2 company comes only for placement drive. Approx 3 % only students got placed. The highest salary was offered 5 lakhs for NON-IT work. The average salary was around 2 lakhs. It is not pleasant and easy for me at all. As a placement wise this college is not totally worth it. In some extent only it is supportive.
My course cost Rs 1,02,000 per year. No I am not getting my money's worth at all because by investing of Rs 4,08,000 and got getting placed anywhere and there is no companies for placement. But ha if anyone coming to this college through MH-CET then there fees is around 15k per year. So for them it can be worth of it. Otherwise for other state student is not worth it
The best of campus life is that there are many students from different states so connection with other students can develop faster. Students can engage in cultural activities and sports activities. Mainly all teachers is from Maharashtra only. Ya it's safe. I think they can handle emergencies.
Yes, I just want to tell if anyone belonging to Maharashtra and getting admission through MH-CET then it is worth of it otherwise don't take admission your money is going to be wasted.
The college has almost all the pharmaceutical equipment and some of the equipment is not even in other good colleges as they are highly costly. The classroom has projectors and is decent and have charging points as well. There is only one canteen which is small and the foods are also not up to the mark.
The main subjects are related to Chemistry and Biology. The quality of teaching is very good. Yes, the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field of pharmacy. Yes, one can apply for jobs after graduation but many people go for higher education.
The quality of placements are okay since many people go for further studies, but if someone wants to benefit from campus placement, they can certainly avail that. The average salary package varies from 2 lakhs to 4 lakhs. The college placement is easy and the college is very supportive of that.
In my time the fees were 17500 per year, excluding exam fees, lab breakage. I feel that the college was totally worth it, absolutely.
The college conducts sports events, extracurricular activities, college fest annually. The students are very calm in nature, most of the staff are PhD or pursue their PhD while teaching. The college is centrally located in the city and is very safe.
The overall experience was very good. If you want to opt for higher studies abroad, you can select this college without hesitation.
